How We Work
We offer flexible service options to match the needs and scope of your project:
- Day-to-Day (Day Rate) - Ideal for smaller tasks or ongoing work. Charged based on our hourly rates (see below).
- Fixed Price (Quote) - For well-defined projects, we'll provide a clear, all-inclusive quote covering the full scope of work — no surprises.
- Estimate - For projects where the scope may evolve, we offer an initial estimate to guide expectations, with updates as the work progresses.
Emergency Call-Out Rates
We offer rapid, reliable emergency support — with transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

Fixed prices for domestic EICRs by bedroom count. Commercial and industrial are priced per fuse board and per circuit, so you only pay for what's actually inspected.
